This is Rockman Peercast 2, a hack of Rockman 3 released in 2008, which is the sequel to the Rockman 2 hack called "Rockman Peercast".
• Rockman Peercast 「FC/NES」
Rockman Peercast 2 has changes to sprites, enemies, stages, Robot Masters and also music from other Mega Man games. There are two versions of the hack, 1.0 and 2.0, where the biggest change is the musical part.
I'm playing on the latest version of the hack, in this case version 2.0.
