There are 12 different agents in the "Agents of Mayhem" and the absolute best part for me are their stories and personality. Outside of that the game is pretty bland. But these are amazing. Hope you enjoy!

The best part was the Kingpin Intro. I mean, who saw Pierce being in control of the Vice Kings and bribing his enemies into joining him? No one, yet this timeline still did it and did it well.

Since that happens the playa doesn't get saved from Julius since he's killed and the saints don't longer exist so the playa/Boss Is dead

To be fair, the Boss never even tried. He/she was never big on diplomacy or sharing, or even really anything that didn't involve copious applications of gratuitous violence.

No shit, the only thing that he has ever done was maim, murder, destroy, and cause wanton destruction for takeover. Now in Agent of Mayhem Pearce finally taken the bosses place, like him it's something that he always dreamed of, power and fame in his own way.

So many questions. How did Pierce become leader of the Vice Kings? How did Ben King die? Where's Julius Little? What happened to Warren Williams? Why didn't Tanya try to take control of the Vice Kings herself?
How King died is unknown, and since this is an alternate universe that's been retcon in the same universe, few characters cease to exist and plus Pierce essentially taken the place of both the Boss (not that he'd exist as someone else) and Ben King in the current universe plus Julius and Warren could've been different kinds of people like how Gat is a police officer then a mass murdering criminal while the rest of the character stayed the same.

they're still pretty stereotype in terms of character personality for me. harddack was a waste of character by making him crazy big skinny guy who also love to be massive murderer with zero motivation. (i get why you wanna kill every last one of LEGION, but come on now even hothead football fan got more story and motivation than him.)

Kingpin story confused me for a second until I remembered that when Joy wished the world back all the people I killed in all these games came back as well. Because when I saw all those gang leaders like the bold dude and the girl from the Vice-King that I remember being thrown out of a window. it was like wait didn't I kill you once?!

A couple of months ago I preordered it, since I was really excited about it. When I learned that you couldn't customize your character, I was let down a bit, but still excited. I played it for the past few hours, and thank God Steam made an exception and refunded me. Not only is it basically Saints Row 4 without the amazing and crazily funny customization and without good and funny missions, the story was mediocre at best and wasn't really worth the 60 bucks. If I saw it without knowing that it was made by Volition I would've guessed it was an Early Access costing 10 bucks, 5 on sale.
Man, I really like some of these character concepts.

Wait a minute. So Pierce has become the leader of the vice Kings and he's now working alongside all the other gangs? Why did it have to be Pierce? Why couldn't it have been Shaundi?

Nonc E well they already made Johnny Gat into a pre-order character. So who knows. I actually wouldn't be that surprised if they brought in a character from The Red Faction games somehow. Because as we all know the Red Faction and Saints Row games and I guess by extension this game all share the same universe.
Why would it be Shaundi, though? I mean, only Angry Shaundi from Saint's Row 3 could ever conceivably be motivated enough to take charge like this, but think about it: Pierce is uniting gangs from the first Saint's Row in this, gangs that in the original continuity were wiped out by the Boss. Therefore, it stands to reason that the Boss either never existed at all in this continuity or at least never rose to power, and that means that the events that were triggered by the Boss's actions never occurred. Without the original events of the original games playing out, how would Shaundi ever undergo her dramatic character shift from happy-go-lucky pothead in Saint's Row 2 to Angry Shaundi in Saint's Row 3? In fact, you'd never even get to the events of Saint's Row 2!
Pothead Shaundi wouldn't have the motivation for this, so who else could do it? Gat? He's certainly formidable, but all Gat really cares about is violence. As long as he gets to kill people, especially cops, he's pretty much content. He doesn't really think big and never showed any signs of wanting to run anything, even when the Boss was out of the picture between the first and second games.
Pierce, on the other hand, has tried to do intricate planning/plotting before; it's just he always got comically shut down by the more straightforward and aggressive characters wanting to just shoot their way through everything instead. Or by Shaundi stealing his ideas. :P
But without all of that getting in his way, I could actually see him doing this. It makes SENSE ... which would not be true of Pothead Shaundi doing the same thing.

Yes because having multiple playable characters is something Overwatch masterminded... This isn't a tower defense/moba game
they are saying the fact that they have good animations for each individual characters it reminds them of how Overwatch did things. I would say it is like Borderlands but with the characters having the same depth as Overwatch.

But according to these clips they are clearly incompetent. Letting a single unarmed dude kill a whole team in a room? Letting a spectator run all the way down and headbutt one of them without hitting him? For all their technology, they didnt do a single threatening thing in any of these clips. Frankly it makes the stormtroopers seem competent.
