I am also in love with striped scrappy socks. I just love making them and thinking about them and wearing them. You are such a creative influencer for me.
This video was so inspiring☺️ Deborah it’s always so much fun visiting with you❣️ I was thinking while I was watching I would love to see all your blankets. thank you for considering. I hope you have a lovely weekend.
I am so glad you enjoyed the video. Could you please clarify as to which kinds of blankets you are referring? I have only made two yarn blankets but I make quilts regularly. I hope you have a lovely weekend as well!
Thank you for keeping me company Deborah. You socks are always inspiring, i would choose the bright pop of colour pack for sure. A palate that is lacking in my scraps.❤
I love all the happy colors you work with! Watching you pick colors is just as fun as doing it myself! I wish I knit fingering weight socks. I usually knit dk or worsted as the smaller needles hurt my wrists. Do you think the Mountain Vista sock pattern would work with a 44 st sock? On my way to check out your other episodes! 😊
I just looked at my copy of the pattern and it looks like you can add in some plain knit stitches between the patterned stitches to adjust the stitch count if you are comfortable with adapting things that way. I would ask Emily, the designer, if she has any experience knitting them in DK.
Oh, I know the feeling! 🎵 Boy you got trouble! Right here in River City. Trouble with a capital "T" And that rhymes with "P" and that stands for pool! 🎶
Hello just found your channel and I would use the bright colors together in a sock challenge. But my favorite project is not socks it really is making blankets or micro mini amigurumies ❤🎉
Yes, that is one element of scrappy projects that deters some makers, though it doesn't bother me as I just weave them in as I go along rather than waiting until the end to be overwhelmed by so many.
Your socks are lovely. My favorite combo was the pale colors although they all look like they will make great socks. I need to go through my scraps and knit myself some.

@@jenniferwysockey5276 blankets and micro mini amigurumi are on opposite sides of the project scale spectrum. How fun!!
You must weave in all the ends.?

All machine knit?
@@rosimom no, these were all hand knit, except for the unfinished green one I shared towards the end.
