@@justarandomguy8942 they use it in the speedrun for the game to help Mudkip grind up for Water Gun. It's supposed to be a backup for Mudkip if anything happens to it falling just short you have something that can do good damage as most Pokémon only have Normal type moves early on

@@justarandomguy8942 1 to 3 hp? The pokemon damage calculator shows that a Wingull at the same level as Nosepass with no EV's 3kho's with Water Gun.
@@tylerd1297 no i mean one third of his hp. Like 3 hit ko. And gets one shot by rock tomb so its actually a horrible option to take it to this fight
