Oh don't get me started on the Choc Zero nutrition info! Even with my reading glasses and a magnifying glass I could barely make it out. I got the vanilla Dunkies but I haven't opened them yet. I do actually like their butter cookies. And the chocolates with orange and the raspberry ones are so good!
Thank you for the info. Never heard of KetoKrate. Love King Arthur! Have used them for years. Vanilla is my favorite. When you make the cake I will bring the Vanilla Cream Keto Chow ice cream😊
Never heard of the King Arthur brand. Tried one from the grocery store, I think it was Pillsbury, and had huge gastro problems so I have been shy of trying again. Will give this one a go. Thank you!!
I found ur channel and so glad! I love ur recipes and have been saving a lot of them! Could u sometime explain how to get the total net carb count? I saw where ppl take the carb count minus the fiber to get the total net carb, but ur way seems different! Could u explain alittle more? Thanks:)
Hi Sheryl. So generally for nonsweet foods, that is how you would do it you would take the carbohydrate count minus the fiber. With foods that are sweetened with natural sweeteners, you take out the fiber plus any sugar alcohols or allulose as well. For instance, if something were 10 total carbs and six fiber, and 3 grams of sugar alcohols….it would be 1 net carbs. Hope that makes sense. ☺️
There is a big keto trend going on right now with cookie monster cookies or cheesecake, and most of the recipe calls for crumble cookies like the Dunkies, but you buy the famous brand ones, very high in carbs, because where I live, no one sells the keto version cookies, so I've been staying away from making those treats, however, I have two adult sons who love cookie monster everything (for Christmas I had to buy them cookie monster t-shirt, socks, pj bottoms, etc, ridiculous! LOL). So with the Dunkies, I'm going to purchase and make my sons some fun desserts! Thanks for sharing your videos!
