How would you create something like this except where certain things like CP can be reported/removed? Does it require any amount of Ethereum to run this? Also, would it be possible to add videos as well?
I was thinking off the same lines. CP and other hateful stuff can be pretty problematic. I get censorship is bad, but there are a few things like this that need to be censored. What I think would be a suggestion is having an AI that can detect it, although thats still not a complete solution.
What if someone posts indecent images and you can't delete it? That could get you in alot of trouble. Or is there a way to filter those out in the frontend? I think decentralised image/video content is a bad idea for that reason you dont want bad people posting illegal content and it's there forever

You have several options: 1) use a layer 2 solution, 2) use something like FTM or AVAX instead of Ethereum, 3) provide a way for people on the platform to earn crypto to pay the fees (i.e. gamification), or 4) limit what is placed on the blockchain and use centralized servers for most data. There are probably other better solutions as well, but everything is in its infancy, so it might be a while before we find the best solutions.
So if someone made a public app and needed specific devs to have the ability to censor very specific things like for example child porn or something. Would they be able to identify users and block/report them to the police? Or is this totally un-censorable? This is a great idea but I am just curious if I used it at scale would there be ways to deter certain illegal behaviors? you are probably on the main network where the imported ganache account does not have any ether. Make custom rpc network, fill out the fields using info from ganache and the account will show the 100 eth
