Since Spotify rolled out the Engagement Beta in Spotify for Artists...I don't trust the data. Every one of the last 14 days, 80% of listeners added one of my songs to their playlist. This number is usually ~15% for me. wondering if anyone else is seeing this kind of thing.
Right now for my most recent song i'm seeing 15% playlist adds and 25% save rate, so both of those seem reasonable from what i've seen in the past. Not sure why yours are 80%, that does seem unreasonably high.
Yeah it used to be you couldn't plot listeners and saves or playlists adds day by day, only total counts. So exporting a CSV wouldn't have day by day data for that, making the only solution to get change over time plotting in excel manually. Now they added those features so its not really required to do things in Excel unless you have a very specific thing you're trying to figure out, or if you're trying to mesh FB data and Spotify data to crunch some numbers.
@@MiKEY_SANZ A guy in the spotify machine growth facebook group contacted spotify support because he (and many others including myself) noticed a sudden drop in saves reported. Basically he was told what I just said.
Hopefully Spotify will make the "Engagement" tab under "Audience" able to be broken down weekly instead of just last 28 days. That would make my records waaaaaaaaaay easier to keep

You mentioned that you were writing down the numbers daily, is there a reason why you didn't export the data to a .csv file?

great content. Question I'm using playlist promotion right now and my saves is over 500+... I'm lost because my music is blowing up rapid ??
It depends on how the number of saves compares to the listeners and streams. Playlists usually give a horrible save rate of like 2-8%.

I divided the total saves by listeners then multiply it by 100 and got 12%
Spotify is cool
Spotify changed how saves are counted. Before the update saves included playlists additions, now saves are just song likes
As far as we're aware, we have never received a "save" count for anything other than a 'Like' so this doesn't seem new.
