Very nice video bro! May I ask, what program do you use to get rid of noise and artifacts? Some reasons my GoPro 10 videos full of noise and artifacts even in a good light situations, doesn't matter of settings I use.
Hey man! Thanks so much, i use davinci resolve to edit my videos. Have u tried using iso 100 and low sharpness for the settings. That might help to reduce the noise ur getting. If you want to sharpen the footage you can always do it later in resolve
@@RyutaOg Nice! I'm currently debating whether I should invest into underwater lighting as they can be quite expensive but your videos did convince me to try it without any external lighting first. Thanks Ryuta ^^
@@tankx5915 Great to hear! I think i may consider investing in a set if i was scuba diving but usually im filming while freediving/snorkelling. As long as its sunny and not deeper than 10m then i think it sbould be okay! Good luck filming: and happy to answer questions whenever :)
Hey! yeh from the 10 u can choose between colour/flat/natural. Natural didnt use to be a choise on the older gopros. I like using natural as it allows me to grade but looks pretty good straight out of the camera too!
Id recommend the settings in the video, something like this! Resolution: 4k/60 Hypersmooth: Boost Bitrate: High Iso Min/Max: 100/200 Sharpness: Low White balance: 5000k
The baby turtle is so cute! Thanks for sharing all these tips too, I’m thinking of getting a go pro!
honestly, you should. It’s definitely worth it.
Right?! They're amazing. Thanks for watching and yeh i definitely recommend having one :)

Hi Ryuta! For the shots using a GoPro Hero 10, do you normally use any external lighting?
Hey! Ive never used external lighting with a gopro before, usually im near the surface and rely on natural sunlight

Hi mate. Just wondering, for GoPro 10 the color you recommend to set at Natural instead of flat as shared on your other videos?

@@RyutaOg I see. Great to know that. Cheers
Hey, can i use this Settings when im have Light Red Filter on Gopro for Snorkling?
Hey! If ur snorkelling near the surface i dont think u will need the red filter, the settings should be fine if u do want to use one
do you still use case when you are shooting uderwater with your gopro 10?
I dont use a underwater case! But its mainly cos i dont go that deep where a case would be required
What settings do you recommend for snorkeling?
Id recommend the settings in the video, something like this!
Resolution: 4k/60
Hypersmooth: Boost
Bitrate: High
Iso Min/Max: 100/200
Sharpness: Low
White balance: 5000k
Would 4K/120 Suffice?
@@rahnbm yes that would be good if ur planning slow motion! The thing is its gonna be tough to edit unless your pc/phone is powerful
@@RyutaOg I appreciate the help
@@rahnbm ofcourse! Thanks for watching! :)
where did you dive with dolphins?
At the Ogasawara Islands in Japan!
Excellent new here
Hey Thanks for the comment and welcome!
