2 Small But Significant Changes In Building A High Performance North American Fighter Kite

This tells how I changed 2 steps in how I make a high performance North American fighter kite and what improvements it made in the finished kite. It made the kite easier and quicker to build, and resulted in a slightly improved kite. The 2 changes are that I install the bow with wet contact cement and let it completely dry, the the second change is I cut the sail out after the kite is complete.
