  • Part1. 기어박스 설계 변경 및 다시 만들기
    정말 몇년째 트레일링암 컨버전 키트를 만들고 있는데요, 제가 문과 출신이다보니 첨엔 그냥 쉽게 생각하고 시작했는데, 하다 보니, 엔지니어링 적인 고민이 필요한 것들도 많고, 알씨의 기본 지식도 모자란 것들이 많더라구요. 생각치도 못한 문제들도 있고 좌우간 하자가 많았습니다.
    그동안 쌓인 문제 리스트들을 하나하나 해결해 나갔던 것 같고, 이제 최종판을 내 놓을 준비가 된 거 같아요. 최종판이라고 생각하며 만들다 보니 시간도 오래 걸렸고, 동영상 만드는데도 시간이 오래 걸리네요. 아직 장기 테스트가 남아있긴 하지만, 제 생각엔 이 정도면 그냥 일상에서 굴리는 데에는 큰 문제는 없지 않을 까 싶습니다.
    박스아트와 똑같은 구조의 그래스호퍼를 만들어 보겠다고 몇년 전 시작한 프로젝트가 이제야 겨우 마무리 단계에 접어든 듯 합니다. 그동안 문제점들이 많이 개선이 된 듯하구요. 다만 이게 상용 제품은 아니고 그냥 취미로 하는 거니까 어느정도 문제는 귀엽게 이해 부탁 드립니다^^;;;

    I think you are hardest working rc builder when it comes to rc redesign and 3d printing, your designs and efforts aren’t appreciated enough in my opinion, thank you for all your hard work 👍

    Great work! I wish I had time to play around with 3D printing. Looks like a lot of fun.
    I wonder if you could smooth up the printed difff gears by using a little valve grinding compound or even toothpaste. Might smooth out the mesh a little.
    Love what you are doing!

      Thank you! 3D printing really can open a new world to your hobby! I was very fortunate to have some idling time few years ago to play with 3d printing when I moved to new company. And thank you for the idea however those stringings are not that much an issue it just eroses during the run and it seems there's not much impact on the run!

    Nice work buddy! Huge respect to your dedication to perfecting the design 🙌 I went through a couple bevel gears and ended up designing a gear that uses the pin usually used on hex wheel hub. I had to make a slit on the spline though, it runs well without wearing out now😊

      @HumbleVintageRC  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Huge thanks Masa san! I guess maybe your modification is much stronger than mine^^; I just wanted to make the design as simple as possible so any one can easily replace the gear^^ however I know it's pretty hard for any one to do that maintenance timely. I will try the metal print and see how it tolerates^^

    This is very cool! I'm going to print it right now.
    BTW, could we use the differential gear for WR-02 instead of printing bevel gears? If possible, would this alleviate some of the concerns about gear strength and accuracy?

    • @HumbleVintageRC
      @HumbleVintageRC  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, sorry for the late reply! I don't think WR-02 bevel gear will work for my gearbox since I reuse all the spur gears from the stock kit. As explained in the video, I recomment printing the bevel gear in metal, it works fine. And if you are going to use 380 motor, the plastic bevel gears are enough durable I think^^ let me know how it goes!

      Many thanks! I use Cura and support settings, you have to enable interfaces. I think that just changed a lot to the quality of the print as well as the effort of post trimming work!
