Loud speaker ka voice limited hona chahiye... use bhi nahi manto.... yahi par bhi gali galoch pe utar aate ho... doosaro ke dharm ke prati aadar hona chahiye...doosare desho ke kanoon rules regulations ka palan karna chahiye....
