Mein jammu mein rehta hu studies k liye rent pe room liya hai. Mere room ke just opposite saye 10 to 15m aage ek mandir hai.
Mai neet k liye pad rha hu rat ko late soota hu lg bag 3 to 4 bje tak.. Ab mein sone he wala hota hu ke 5am par mandir mein bhajan shuru hoo jate hein loudspeaker pr.

I'm a Muslim but I still agree with Sonu Nigam that if there are so many non muslims in the area then Fajr azan can avoid using loud speaker. People can still put an alarm on their phones if they want to pray. Islam doesn't allow causing disturbence to non muslims. Other times you can use loudspeaker when you want. He is only complaining about quiet hours.
He is saying that the law of quiet time from 10 pm to 5 am should be followed. Thats all.
