@@harriettemccrann9388 Was the model's natural hair dark? You did not show the level you started with. I have a level 5 natural base can I use 20 vol with Keune 3001 to lift it to a level 9? Since it is a cream lightener I would not use more than 20 vol on the scalp as I am afraid of scalp burns.
