    I'm new (sort of) to the Django community. (I contribute to Python Core and open cucumber)
    I excited to learn more about the Djangonauts, thank you for the context and ecosystem model.

    IMHO, it might help to mention the relevant skills required along the way. I find many people don't start until they know "everything".
    Yet, for docs you only need git skills.
