    IMHO, it might help to mention the relevant skills required along the way. I find many people don't start until they know "everything". Yet, for docs you only need git skills.

    Being part of Djangonaut sounds so exciting. Thank you, for this talk. Contributing to the Django ecosystem is definitely something I want to do but knowing where to start has always been the thing stopping me. Loved this talk. Knowing my limits is definitely where I will need to focus - not just on what I know but also how much I can give!
