Her name is Elize Ryd. They have toured quite a bit with Sabaton. I saw them at the Sabaton Open Air festival in Falun this August. Great show.
Elize Ryd has also sung with Nightwish. There is a joint performance of this track by Sabaton AND Amaranthe on stage together
Basically every song of them is great. My favorites are Digital World, Archangel, Fearless, Amaranthine, Strong, 365, Boom!, Viral, GG6.

Hi, this song is originally by Sabaton, Amaranthe did this cover version in honor of their 2020 tour together. I actually had the opportunity to be at their concert, it's an incredible experience when my favorite bands come together in one concert.

2nd best group out of the whole of Sweden (if you ask me ). After Sabaton.... They are good friends by the way and has even been touring together.

Amaranthe is a Swedish-Danish Metal band that fuse metal with other genres.
Technical term for the growling vocals is "vocal fry"
The word you're looking for is Death Metal Growls :D Maybe look into Amon Amarth for some sweet Swedish Melodic Death Metal Growls :)

1:40 it's called growling in general, but he adds some voice fry on top of it, so it's sort of a mix of the two.
GG has one of the best growls imo. And this band is fire in general. They have tons of bangers.

Kolla in Elize egna kanal här då hon har en del där också men en låt jag rekommenderar dig också är Do or Die med Angela som är maneger för både Amaranthe och Arch Enemy (hon slutade som sångerska där 2014 och valde ut sin efterträdare själv) så rekomenderar dig att kolla in på Arch Enemys låtar då de också är bra (är också ett svenskt band)

Have that found a replacement for Henrik? Last, I heard it was just Nils and Elize left as singers.
@@ThomasVanhala Richard Sjunnesson (Sonic Syndicate, The Unguided) is currently touring with them doing the growls. No official word if he will be a permanent member yet).
Also, replaced makes it sound like he was kicked out or that there where some kind of drama. He just realized during the pandemic that he missed his wife and kids and didn't want to spend so much time on tour away from them when things started to open up again.
@@criwall i know it was not any drama. I fully understand his reason wanting to spend more time with his family. We will see who will take on the roll as the band's growler.
