OC is a risk either way. I think the fact that Glenn worked with Tanner makes this hire a good gamble. Ultimately it will come down to who the QB is

Since Glenn made the decision so quickly he probably didn't get Rodgers involved. Which is good. Since he's young and been in several systems hopefully he will work with Rodgers on installing plays.
Hopefully Rodgers moves as far as possible from the team.

Weak analysis of Lefleur and Saleh. THEY selected Zach Wilson, and Joe Douglass relied on their observations of live workouts. So, they failed as evaluators of talent as well as their own abilities to develop it. Zach Wilson was not a West Coast system guy. He was an improviser and gunslinger, like Bret Favre. Aaron Glenn started as a scout for ALL positions. In the off season, he interviewed OCs about how they develop their game plans. This guy is a PhD; Saleh was a remedial student.
