They should have gone to Farmer's market in Cubao Quezon City. ( Anthony Bourdain went there when he visited the Philippines). It has the best quality and varied seafood. Restaurants buy from the there. The vegetables and fruits are also the best quality . Unfortunately, the market they went to in Quezon City was not a very good market.
