More spacious & well designed plan. Wall behind the staircase was very nice..stairs design was also very nice..it gives a traditional look..sitting area in the open terrace was really good…very beautiful & simply loved it.

In Kerala style naliukettu houses,the nalukettu will be much bigger and prominent.The western side we will have bed rooms in one or two stories.Eastern side is for kitchen,work are andpooja room. Northern side common prayer hall and dining hall southern side fore drawing room and for thef final departure of the inmates.
Really such a... dream house where me sis ...and husband we were same planing a house ... in kelra side... only... unexpectedly i saw this... house... it was same wht we planed.. i was just watching... and imaging my family... in ever places...

This nalukettu design houses would be more good when it has symmetric element in it. Symmetrical structures would emphasise the beauty of nalukettu more well.. Kindly make a design plan like that.. And chettinad type house is same like nalukettu design.. Kindly make one of that too..
Can u plz make a design similar to this of budget 50 -60lakh.... Itz a request.... This design is awesome.... But, can't afford.... But, i think u can make the same view as budget friendly too.....

First off, very beautiful plan and I enjoyed watching it. Congrats. One thing I noticed though is, bedrooms in ground floor opens directly to courtyard offering not much privacy at all . I am sure you all can handle it.
