no it's not. the venue was not built properly either. pepsi said they were going to refund our ticket money and uber spending but idk if it happened. i got a free ticket. the group i was with ordered the uber for all of us so i didn't pay anything. idk if they ever got their uber money back. it was 50 dollars.
