Mutton Curry
INGREDIENTS
Mutton - 600gm
Bay leaves - 2 small
Cardamom - 5 nos
Cinnamon - 3 small stick
Cloves - 4 nos
Onion - 3 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Green chili - 5 nos
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Mutton masala - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 15 nos
Cooking oil
METHOD
Heat the pressure cook with oil, add bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon & cloves. Following that add onion and cook till light brown color. Add ginger & garlic paste, following that add tomato and wait for the tomato to cook well. Next to that add mutton and all powder. Mix well adding the salt. Leave it for 2 min then add the coconut milk. After 3 min cook close the pressure cooker and leave it for 8 whistle.
Get a small pan and start seasoning. Heat oil, add mustard seed allow till crack and add curry leaves. Mix the seasoning oil to mutton cooked in pressure cooker. Mix well and it’s ready to serve.
