U are close enough with the history. All mogamis were given 127s because of the WNT and thay put the 203s in storage in till thay seid screw the WNT and converted them into the 203 heavy cruisers and then later converted Mogami in to a aircraft tenders

Why would the WNT affect that? Did the 203s go over some weight limit or something because I believe 203s were still within the limits of the treaty for cruisers.

@@DrGhostTH-cam Yep i use T2 boosters for my first wins of the day on my favourite T7 premium ships, I’ve noticed alot of people don’t realise this but if you simply do the calculations its correct 👍
It is a mogami, they were designed to be refit with 203mm, they replaced the 155 triples with 203 doubles later in life. Don’t remember if they ever did it to Suzuya but the class was meant to be heavy cruisers

HE is broken...burn to death more times with crusier behind a rock. But that's OK but let's scale back will to rebuild.
I love shredding Suzuyas in my American and British cruisers. Super easy to citadel.
Ima nerd out here for a second. Base he pen for Suzuya is 25.8mm. with your 5% increase in pen, this would add an extra 1.29mm of pen making your HE pen with your commander making your pen 27.12mm. This means your he can pen Baltimore/german heavy cruisers. If you put in the resources for 6% he pen, this only nets you 27.38mm of pen. Doesnt seem like its worth upgrading the skill.
Compared with AL atago "special skill ", its a second row slot so you need 12/2 commander instead of 14/3 commander to max out the skill, and you get the 8% fire chance and 10% damage increase to your shells w/ 10% increase in damage taken.
I dont think the 27mm of penetration vs the 26mm of penetration makes a lot of difference tbh. Especially when you consider the 19% fire chance and close to 3000 damage per he shell you can get with Al Atago.
You ultimately use less commander resources for a better build with AL atago if that makes sense.

Probably mainz. That thing can just pen absolutely everything.
I don't have that commander I do use al atago thr fire chance is 19 percent. But im curious how much Haguro coming adds to the he shells pen

It does make a nice difference but i prefer Atago, definitely more Op overall
Haguro makes you pen 27mm, which is coated on every cruiser you face.
So far with atago on the ship atago I've gotten my fire chance to 25% if I do a little more I think I can get it to 26% but that is the max to want is possible right now for any fire build
