that came out really nice! the plunger is really cool too. and I like those leaf switch buttons and how sensitive they are. I wonder if I should use those on one of my small arcade control boxes instead of micro switch buttons. it would be quieter with no clicky noise (which I don't like) and be easier for me to press (I need easy controls due to a motor-neurlogical issue). anyway, great job!
If you have Happ buttons you can actually replace microswitch part with a leaf switch variant. I've bought a few off of ebay and I put them in the AtGames Legends Pinball and the previous controller I built. They were something like $6 or $7 a piece.
That's something I thought about when I was looking at boards, but it would've made the cost totally skyrocket. And besides that, all of those kits were really intended for full sized virtual cabinets and not just a controller like what I've built. The board I bought doesn't support any of that but if I build a revision 4... then I may consider adding that stuff in.
Wow I’m highly impressed. That controller is a dream for anyone who plays on steam including myself. I have a atgames legends hd and 4k pinball but I never play fx on them I just play on the pc. This controller would be clutch for that situation.
I would just play on the atgames legends pinball 4k but I don't really have a pc that can run Pinball FX very well except for my main computer and it would be a total pain to move it to the atgames legends just to play a few games and then move it back.
Great job, Crow. It looks high quality.
Wow, Fabulous Crow.
Bro, that's wicked.

Lovely work!
Awesome job Crow 👍 Any plans to add exciters or Solenoids?
