Have you had Lebanese donar kebabs? 😋 It's one of my favorite meals. The beef is cut thin and marinated for 24 hours with tomatoes, cinnamon, cardamon & stuff. Then, it's slow cooked for hours and served with pita, tahini lemon sauce, and an onion & parsley "salsa." So bomb.

Although the 'local' veggies don't sound so good when you account for the GMO popularity in the US: Most likely imported euro stuff is much higher quality and organic... Best tomatoes I've ever eaten has been in Greece.

The craziest thing to me in every video is that it really doesn't seem like he's eating THAT fast, then you look at the timer and these massive things are almost gone at 15 minutes.

If there was lemon and garlic in it, it sounds more like gyros than kebab. Probably also oregano. If it wasn't so far away, I'd go there and test it.
