    I have had horrible knees ever since I was younger. And at 27, it’s gotten no better. I’ve recently gotten back into working out, yet all the HiiT cardio I’ve found has been really hard on em. Coming across this video, I’ve found someone whose exercises are not only effective but easy on my knees. Liked, subscribed and on my way to sharing. Ty!

    I loved this workout, Tatiana! The only part I had trouble with is the first part because of my lack of flexibility. But otherwise I was sweating at the end. I'll keep this in my stash to do again and again, and I'll try out your flexibility videos.
