- Janeu is a sacred thread which is worn in a ceremony called upanayanan. It is the practice that marked the acceptance of a student by a guru and an individual's initiation into a school in Hinduism. This practice is widely discussed in ancient sanskrit texts of Hinduism. When I got to know the scientific reasons behind it. So I thought to share this with you guys. But in this era, it's just a practice in which people are performing it, just for the sake of ancient rituals without knowing the REAL MEANING behind it.

Yes sanatan dharm me janeu ka apna hi mahtva hai bahut bade sanskaro mese ek hai ,aaj k bachho ko ye batana zaruri hai,bahut bachhe aise hai jo janeu dharan karlete hai fir janeu sambhal neko kantala karte hai,utarke rakh dete hai ,tab aise bachho ko bahut dhirajta k sath samjana zaruri hojata hai 👍🙏🏿

There are only 16 of them. Did you read the sixth veda, because I read four Vedas and Mahabharata but I found only 16 sanskara.

Dwija means born twice. In the first birth we were born as human, after upanayan we are born in the society of janeu dhari.

कूर्म पुराण या किसी भी शास्त्र में स्त्रियों को जनेऊ पहनने का हक नहीं है । इसकी कुछ वजह भी है जो की हमारी साधारण बुद्धि से समझी नही जा सकती इसीलिए ये tradition बन गया । इसकी फॉलो करना हमारा धर्म है यही सत्य है । इसकी इस way में नही लेना चाहिए की स्त्रियों और शुद्रो के साथ भेदभाव क्यों ।🙏

जनेऊ को क्या कोई शुद्र पहन शकता है ,,एक और बात ब्राह्मणो ने ये नियम खुद शुद्रो से सीखी और शद्रो का ही जनेऊ करने से मना कर दिया जिससे शुद्रो ने जनेऊ त्याग दिया ये भी बताओ दीदी ,,आधी जानकारी रखती हो आप ,,,,, कृपया आप फिरसे पढ़ना शुरू करे।
आज भी जाओ आदिवासी कबीले में वो अब भी जनेऊ पहनते है । उनका भी अपना एक अलग ही रीति रिवाज है ।है ये जितना भी रिवाज है ज्यादातर तो ब्राह्मणो ने आदिवासीयों से सीखी और किया ।
और बाद में उन्ही को धोखा दिया है। और अब इनको आरक्षन मिला है तो उनके जलन से खुद भी 10%ews ले लिया। एक पूरा series लाओ।❤️
