These boxes dropped yesterday for $850-900 per box and come with 4 autographs, plus chances at Color Blast case hits and 1/1 Logoman. Such a nice set but an insane amount of redemptions this year. Chet, Paolo, Jaden Ivey, Luka, Steph, Mark Williams are all redemptions I saw between two 4 box breaks

Maybe it's just me, but $900 boxes shouldn't have guys like Avery Johnson in them. He's a ZERO time all-star who averaged 8.4 ppg in his career, and he hasn't played in 2 decades. Just outright robbery
Check on that RPA it looks empty, I got an empty RPA with no swatch from Origins once. I also bought a box of Spectra and it was a disappointment, a waste of hard earned money. I got a Bill Laimbeer Illustrious Legends auto /49 a Tari Eason RPA /75, AJ Griffin Aspire Auto /99 and a Caron Butler SkyHigh to /25. But I’m so stupid that I’m thinking to buy another cuz I can’t believe I can go lower than that. I’ll keep you posted.

Yep yep yep yep….Spectra is a nice product! Always has been and always will but yep…definitely price tag heavy with single resell at an all time low. Most all products are that way right now but Spectra is one that hits hard in that aspect. Txs for sharing brother…I would say not bad with the the JDub and a Gold, etc…but yep…unless you hit these boxes for about 2-3+ massive hits your gonna lose no matter what. What the best ( easiest? ) price guide for cards? Just wondering what most people use. "Back in my day" lol ,we had to wait for Beckett magazine to come out every month.
Not a fan of this product personally. I like the thick card stock. I like the design. Cards generally look good. But the checklist just doesn't support a $900 price tag. And I understand why redemptions exist but being so frequent in a product that expensive is just rough. Hard pass for me.

Group breaking has doubled and tripled box prices. Most of the box sales go to breakers and sealed wax speculators.
My Walmart has 21-22 select blasters for $20. Is it worth picking up a few boxes?
watch some pack openings and decide if its worth the gamble, I would say no
20-21 has more potential in select.

Same as I commented on Chi Spectra review, nice set but overpriced imho. With $900 you could buy 4 Topps Chrome hobby boxes (baseball/soccer). Or 2 Optic Basketball hobby boxes, or 3 Prizm Basketball fast break hobbys. The choice is yours lol...

Spectra doesn't hold it's value for football or basketball which is crazy, because an lot of cool card's, but you can pull something to 5 and only get 300 dollars for it. I don't like that.
