HE WAS MARRIED AND LOST HIS WIFE AND IT HAS BEEN A LIFESAVER FOR BOTH OF US TO SHOP FROM GROCERIES TO TOOLS AND DECORATING. HIS 2 SONS ARE GOOD SHOPPERS ALSO. I THINK IT MAKES FOR A HAPPY HOME.

I know how you feel. My son was 17 when we moved from one town over from his high school in his senior year and I drove his last year in high school every day back and forth. He too, told me how much he loved our trips back and forth on our drives. He’s 35 now and still says he wishes we could re•live those times just one more time.

The ice tray stirred some memories. It was a challenge to fill the tray with just the right amount of water. If you filled it too full, you couldn't move the release handle to save your soul. Too little water produced an ice sliver. Who could imagine an old ice cube tray could evoke the flood of memories! Thanks for the fun!
Yes Danni I teared up before you. He is absolutely precious, reminds me of my youngest son, and they even look alike. My son has now been in the Coast Guard for 13 yrs now, so keep all your precious memories tucked in your heart and mind.
