Fantastic band and stellar Musicianship! Except for Don Dokken, who should retire and focus on writing his autobiography. It's not Don's fault his vocal chords are gone. That's just a part of aging and Life. It is Don's fault that he continues to tour and make a fool of himself, though.
Let’s face it Don was never a standout vocalist. And, he never had much stage presence even back in the 80’s. He always just stood still or strolled around on stage like he was bored. Now that he is old, you’re right, his vocals are absolutely terrible. And, he looks like he is dying. All fat and a barely able to move.
I don't think Don should retire, but maybe tunning a half step down would help him sing better...
