Why didn't Buffy swing the blade down on Caleb @ 1:42 instead of trying to stake him? She would have been swinging with more velocity and force and even if Caleb put his hands up, he'd have gotten them chopped up.
Caleb was so annoying. I was glad when Buffy cut him in half.
