This group's 'Hell's Mountain of Needles' was my introduction to Japanese rock back in '90 or '91. Glad you found them. The bass player trades off with vocals, and I give him the edge in that area. These days I think of them as Band Maid's grandpas. 22 albums and counting. Rock on!
So glad to see Ningen Isu get some appreciation in the US. These guys are phenomenal. I love how the guitarist doesn't even really heat up until 3/4s into the song. After playing for decades they've truly mastered their instruments and it shows. If you have time to dig, their early stuff is just as great.

Ningen Isu (silent 'u' so pronounced Ningen Iss) are dressed as a traditional/19th century schoolteacher (lead guitarist), a mute monk (bassist) and a yakuza member (drummer). This song is such great value - it's like 4 or 5 songs in one. Love it! Great reaction! Btw, the lyrics are usually pretty deep with this band and I think there's a subtitles button on this.
What I like about them they look like they're right out of old karate flicks that used to come on late at night except for the drummer he's got like an Elvis thing going on LOL
I don't know why reactors don't recommend in the video that their viewers subscribe to the channel of the bands they react to. It would be kind and helpful for bands like this who are struggling to grow and break the western market bubble. Few reactors do this.Cheers!
