Thank you for posting this! I'm going to go WWR for my first time. I'll be doing it in Costa Rica. I had no frame of reference as to how to prepare, so thanks for posting this. I'm thinking of doing a class III-V rapid because I love adrenaline, and I'm confident in myself to accomplish it. Is it foolish to do those classes for a beginner? Or is it doable to a random athlete?
