- This podcast is submitted as an assessment for a Sports Science (Outdoor Activities) degree at Bangor University. It is aimed at providing a visual coaching aid for instructors introducing individuals to a grade II-III white water environment.
I have saved this video to my watch list. I teach water safety to my search and rescue team. I review the video from time to time. Well done and thank you.
Best whitewater safety clip I watched so far. I learned some things I missed in the other ones so far: the barrel roll and the fact, that you have to face obstacles like trees.
I started paddling in the 1970s when safety and rescue was not considered. I thought that I knew a bit about it until a recent Alps trip made me realise how rusty I was.
This is an interesting and informative run through. Well done!
very good. Clearly set out and well done
thanks, helped me with writing an essay for school on water safety and rescue
Very good work!
Nice video
Excellent video - I trust you got a generous grade for it?! :D
the information in the video is great, might possibly be aided by a bit better audio recording technique.
But thank you very much it's very informative
