Hi! A lot of people are informing me that fjords are, indeed, not only a Norway/New Zealand thing, and here’s a Wikipedia article on fjords if you’re interested in learning more too☺️ en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fjord Thanks for always leaving such kind and educational comments on my videos, I really appreciate it!🥰
here is a tip on how to stop the paper residue from coming up when using the posca paint markers. Don't push too hard when coloring in large areas, use a light hand. this is a beautiful spread and it actually gave me some inspiration for my august spread.
Love this spread! I think you've convinced me to try a Dutch door! I really like the quote on the right, it looks great! Would you ever consider doing a lettering video? I know there are a lot of videos out there, but I think your calming voice and specific way of describing things would really help me learn better lettering
Hi! That’s so exciting! I hope you’ll get a good impression of Norway despite the Big C! If you ever need some tips on good stationery stores, do let me know!💕
try hobonichi paper. it's thin but holding a lot of water. The disadvantage is that the ink will need more time to dry. but it won't make marker picks up paper.
Alaska (in the USA) has fjords. (Editing to add: I just learned that Puget Sound, which is 15 minutes from me in Washington state, is also a system of fjords.) Norway is on my bucket list.
@@mochibujo You're welcome. I knew Alaska had fjords, but I didn't know that Puget Sound was one as well. :) I learned something as well about where I live.
I really loved this spread! I also have quite a few people with August birthdays in my life (myself included) so it's always been a busy birthday month haha. I really really want to try those muji 0.5 pens but unfortunately can't find them anywhere here! I will continue on the lookout for them!
@@mochibujo I actually have a muji store I used to go to back in Spain but can't really go visit right now! I have however discovered there's an online UK shop and might order some there! oh and thank you!
Lovely spread for this month. Jeg håper at du hadde en fin tur på Vestlandet. We have three fjords in Ireland too but nothing as dramatic as those Norway. Really appreciate seeing the beautiful scenery at the start of your videos, especially when we cannot travel this summer due to the pandemic.🇮🇪🇳🇴
Fjords are everywhere. US, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Scotland, Ireland, New Zealand, Denmark, Chile, Antartica, etc. Even the US/Canadian Great Lakes are considered Fjords.
I believe within the fine art community it would actually be considered a drawing even if it uses paint. It’s based on how you build up your figure: if you use lines to create the image it’s drawing, if you use shapes it’s painting. Even though the end result is made of large flat shapes you used lines to fill them out. ... did that make sense?
That makes sense! But by that definition even most of my “paintings” using watercolors and gouache would be considered drawings 😵 I can live with that I suppose😂
Your journals are so beautiful! There's at least one fjord here in Newfoundland as well, in Gros morne national park. I think we are kind of like a small Norway in some ways (though unique in our own way)
They didn’t come as a set, I bought them all individually ☺️ They’re orange, beige, brown, slate grey, grey and...I think the yellow is just called yellow?🤔
Another good tip for taking the tape off the paper is heating it up with a hair drier.
That’s a good idea!☺️ Unfortunately, I don’t have one 😅

Thank you so much!✨ I’m happy that you liked it☺️❤️

Aah thank you so much for your kind comment Jessica!❤️ A lettering video hasn’t been on my agenda so far, but I’ll consider it!☺️
There are fjords in Canada as well!
Super happy to find your channel! I'll be doing my Erasmus in Norway this semester, and I'm super excited to find a channel like yours! 🥰

Thank you so much Adriana!
You could try buying from Amazon or any other reliable online stores. In the UK, there are no stores that sell muji pens 😥 so I buy them online
