Everybody loves car combat games. Why this genre is not huge is beyond me.
Twisted Metal is an awesome TV show I highly recommend it. If you dont take it too seriously and just have fun with it. By the end of the last episodes your gonna be pumped for season 2!

One of my favorite games ever. Tons of nostalgia playing this as a kid.
Underrated genre
Gas Guzzlers looks super fun, like paradise city with weapons.
I just noticed the view count of this video, definitely should be higher, but I guess thats the fact this genre doesn't seem to be as popular as it once was.
Right after watching this, I went and found Gas Guzzlers on sale on the PS store for $5 and immediately picked it up. Hell yeah. Great vid bro

Mad Max 2015 is worth a look in that regard, tho its also a beat em up, the car combat is great and super satisfying with dope sound effects
I really liked Critical Depth and Rogue Trip back in the day.
Great video! I kind of felt like Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010 and Most Wanted 2012 had good car combat. Mainly because they were developed by Criterion, if one thing is better about Most Wanted 2012 than Most Wanted 2005, it's the car combat.
Glad to see some love for Cel Damage and Gas Guzzlers Extreme. Those games are total bangers.
Motor Mayhem was one I played to death. Made me love this genre. Twisted Metal Black is a close second for me

It's always nice when you want to play a game and find out you already have it in your Steam library and just forgot about it. That's the case with Gas Guzzlers.
You should check the new mod STShotgun's C:MD Overhaul for Carmaggedon Max Damage, it makes this game way, way better.

Oh. You missed Trail Out. That's an reimagination of Flat out 2. It is basically exactly the same. Favorite new racing game if you want more Flat Out 2. I can't know why it would not rank higher than Wreckfest for you.
Trail out was alright I wouldn’t say it is a reimagination of flat out 2 though. Those boss fights were the pits lol
@@TotallyTubularJonathan I played Flatout and Trail Out back to back and I feel it was very close to Flatout 2. Closer than Wreckfest at least where you just drive slowly around similar courts with barely a puddle as an obstacle. Stuff in the road barely interacts with the vehicle too:/
Okay aorry i didnt notice wreckfest actually being in the video, i think is a great game. Dadksiders Genesis and Wreckfest might be the best games publishes by thq. I also did like flatout 4 even though i had afew issues with it.

You're wrong. BurnOut 3 is the best BurnOut game and Twisted Metal 2 is the best Twisted Metal game.
I prefer Burnout 3 too,traffic checking made Revenge just too easy
