Actually, the very original Paella has Chicken and Rabbit in it, no sea food! :D

Hi, just a quick line, as by the time of reading this, if indeed you do read it, you are probably in Tim-buk-3, Pat-a-gnania or somewhere equally remote from Spain but after checking out "Pete's Pans", have probably already sampled many variations so I won't labour the point but "Paella" will contain meat of the season and location. From Andalucia, mainly fish, to Zaragoza, chicken'n'pesky-wabbits. (poetic licence). All local variations I believe, from the original Valencian chicken and rabbit. I only lived in Spain for 30 yrs. so I'm convinced somebody will tell me I'm wrong. Quick line My Arse, Peace'n'Love.
