Even If kept on the Down Low. they would still find out, even after it's all rebuilt and force those people out and move the wealthier back in. In A Lot of these places, they could Burn what Can be Burned to Melt What Can be Melted to make Sheet Plastic used for Roofing or Wall Material. Metal could also be Recycled. That would take care of Most of their Garbage Situation... Glass Bottles and other stuff made of Glass could be Ground Down to Fine Powder and used in Cement/Concrete.
Well looks like everyone has transportation! It's just truly sad the government won't create jobs cleaning up the neighborhoods, I'm guessing the government's greed doesn't leave any money for the little people and that is sad.
