For example, Mayor Isko is the owner of an apartment building and these vendors are the possible/would be tenants of the building pero if they fail to follow the basic rules set, such as maintaining the cleanliness of the place, as the owner of the building I would kick them out kasi simpleng bagay di masunod. Para matuto din sila at malaman kung ano ba ang tama sa hindi.

Facts
Discipline and dignity comes from proper learning from the ancestors or educational system. However, corruption of the past governments have made it this far to infest the Filipinos with "Indolence" that is pointed out and warned by Rizal. I also believe that our citizens NEED to finally learn proper discipline and dignity to understand how to be ACTIVELY GOOD Filipino citizens-- "Maghanap buhay na di kailangang maging baboy" -Mayor Moreno
@Shadow Hedgehog Not to mention their outdated laws on divorce, because it's meant to be "bound under God." Not saying that this concept is bad, but it's too evident that the population of this country doesn't live with their conscience intact with their Christian faith, and church-goers becoming only "Sunday-Christians." In a sense, it's sad to say that I also believe the relationship between the religion and politics or the religion and people are controversial as you've said. It's almost better to turn into a secular nation, rather than marring the religion. I think one aspect that I've observed to elaborate this is that most Filipinos who approach Christianity, or a religion in general, are egotistical, instead of dedicating to it as the method of 1. Practicality: to hone themselves--by de-stressing, finding hope, learning to become a bigger person, etc. 2. Faith: to understand what it means to dedicate to something despite the human imperfections. To point to the elephant in the room, I'd say this also shows how much this population is lacking in the understanding of dedication, hence(edited) they're too used to making a scapegoat in their love life, being on time, perfecting a skill, keeping political promises, list goes on.
