We both opened and assembled it together... Tried it together... And I was absolutely gutted. Not only because I'd paid for the silver one, but because I'd felt like I'd really let him down. ( Especially because I'd spent several minutes before we tried it telling him how fantastic it was going to be ) !!! - I've tried reassembling it piece by piece. - I've done the factory reset several times. - I've tried five different flavours. - I understand that it's not supposed to be a complete flavour substitute. But the flavour is so BARELY, BARELY noticeable... That if I didn't know I was drinking water that was supposed to taste like something... I'd think I was just drinking water !!! I don't write these kind of reviews lightly... But this really was awful. And the marketing hypes it SO MUCH. " This will definitely help you " No it definitely did not.
If anyone is having trouble , remove the pod and below you can see there is a hole, re put the pod back and if you here like a whistle thing when you sup you should get the flavour (it is not supposed to taste max juice like. But if it still doesn't work, I might just be you have a weak flavour
Does not work (for me). Judging be all the reviews, it seems this product only 'works' for a small group of people. Additionally, company also has a blatantly scam-like return policy. If you open/try your bottle; you cannot return it or any other un-opened items that came with it. They say it's because "we like to keep it clean around here"... but I bet it's because they know their product only works on a very small handful of people. Pretty good business model to sell (redacted word) items when there is zero chance of having to return/refund people.

I for one did all of these and only got a tiny taste, but then I realised that I have a bit of a cold and blew my nose. After I tried again and it worked!!!

It's not a scam Everybody will have different experiences. Like with food, some people can love something while another hates it. Same with cilantro, some people taste soap while others don't.
You cannot say a company is scamming just because said company won’t give refunds for an opened/used product. You should always read the return/refund policy so you know what you’re getting into before making the purchase. Alternatively, the product is a brilliantly marketed sham and complete waste of $$$$. Not reading a return/refund policy before a questionable purchase is on you however.
do you have to remove the little plastic film on the pod? like on top of the photo of the flavor? cause i noticed it but there was nothing in the instructions about whether or not to remove it and i can't find anything online either

I was a little disappointed I followed all the instructions and tried multiple different pods but the scent and taste don't mix well all I can barely taste it, it should coincide but it feels like two separate things just water and a strong scent when I was really hoping the scent would overpower the water to the point of actually tasting different this is not the case sadly going to hopefully get a refund.

Hello air up I have a huge disappointing problem. I first got my bottle for Christmas and it was great the flavours were good. If you expect the water to taste as if you dropped a single piece of fruit in a liter bottle, then you won't be. You wanna know what's even more bullshit? The fact you can't return the bottle once you tried it lol. As if anyone could magically tell or know if it works or not. That alone should make you steer as far away from this bullshit as possible. DO NOT GET IT! it is a crappy water bottle that tastes like nothing, when i got my bottle i put the flavour pod on and it would not pop up. I kept trying and trying i even tried flipping the flavour pod over to the non-printed side and it would not pop up. I sipped it and realises i was scammed instantly, i hate this bottle and do not recommend.

its kinda weird because you can barely taste some flavours but to me, lime flavour has the strongest smell and i can't even taste water when i try it. Maybe y'all should try it too!
Well from what I’ve tried it actually depends. For example the Apple one lasted for just a few days while the lemon one had a strong taste for weeks or even months.
Most people actually just don't read the manual and don't activate the pod. When we explain them how to correctly use our drinking system, it works very well. 😉
@Lyla playzz for me a pod last 4-6 days but it spends if you drink water constantly every day which will obviously run out faster but if you only drink like 1 bottle per two days or smth it will last longer but if you do that method mold can form so I recommend changing the pods every 4-5 days

Don't worry, its not actually that good unless if you (somehow) like La Croix. It tastes very leafy and strange. I tried many flavors and its really expensive for what it is. Personally I do not recommend buying it, I got it in hopes to quit soda but this is day 2 of owning it and I am honestly not impressed.

Remember, for others it actually works well. Its probably on the person or maybe something is wrong with the bottle. I recommend customer support.

Can soemone please help I’ve searched it up and nothing came up, my bottle isn’t making a bubbling sound when I drink from it, which means I cant taste it ,it used to bubble but now It doesn’t the pod is pulled up the straw is in all the way I cleaned it with a straw cleaner and stuff I re assembled it but no taste because of no bubbling sound can someone please help me 🙏 ❤

DO NOT GET IT! it is a crappy water bottle that tastes like nothing, when i got my bottle i put the flavour pod on and it would not pop up. I kept trying and trying i even tried flipping the flavour pod over to the non-printed side and it would not pop up. I sipped it and realises i was scammed instantly, i hate this bottle and do not recommend.
I’m getting one for my birthday and I’m really exited, really it just works for certain people and that doesn’t mean it’s a scam! ( I feel like people are going to come at me for this )

its kinda weird because you can barely taste some flavours but to me, lime flavour has the strongest smell and i can't even taste water when i try it. Maybe y'all should try it too!

Well from what I’ve tried it actually depends. For example the Apple one lasted for just a few days while the lemon one had a strong taste for weeks or even months.

Most people actually just don't read the manual and don't activate the pod. When we explain them how to correctly use our drinking system, it works very well. 😉

@Lyla playzz for me a pod last 4-6 days but it spends if you drink water constantly every day which will obviously run out faster but if you only drink like 1 bottle per two days or smth it will last longer but if you do that method mold can form so I recommend changing the pods every 4-5 days

Don't worry, its not actually that good unless if you (somehow) like La Croix. It tastes very leafy and strange. I tried many flavors and its really expensive for what it is. Personally I do not recommend buying it, I got it in hopes to quit soda but this is day 2 of owning it and I am honestly not impressed.

Kind of late here but you in general shouldn’t trust anything, that is getting marketed SO MUCH. For example Opera GX is literally spyware and the new “Features” are just useless.
