    Commodore 64 Graphics & Sound Programming! One of my first books as well. Still have the same one! Nice haul and great to see that the prices are reasonable. :)

    Nice Haul! I would love to see how the meter is wired on that newbrick! I have been making my own universal PSU and had to abandon those meters because they use the common, instead of the hot, for reading the current and assume all the current is from the supply voltage. As far as I have been able to determine that means that the newbrick would show all the return current from the 12, -12 and 5 Volt supplies as if they had been part of the 5V supply current (Therefore over reading)

    You should of been to classic game festival in Texas. Got a free commodore 64 and disk drive combo. They both needed work. From a worn capacitor and bad pla but still free :)

    Why would you take something from the free table if you already have a few copies? Not cool.

      I only keep the copy in the best condition. The others make there way back next time.

    How many times did you go to the free table?! I went a few times and all that was there was some display from a treadmill, tons of cassette tapes, and other random weird stuff!

    Where did you get those drawers in your intro at 0:06 ? Those look awesome. I need that!

      Those are courtesy of Radio Shack going out of business. I actually bought 8 cabinets and all of the items that were in them for about $1300. The one and only time I got a good deal at the Shack.

      @@thecommodoreroom4554 wow. That's nice. I need to find something like that. I bet each one of those cost more than $1300 new. Great find!

    I just found your channel and subbed. Do you ever sell items long distance? The only Commodore computer that I own is a non-working Amiga 500...

      I’ve never really thought about it but I could. I stay away from eBay and typically only sell things at meet up’s. But let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll see what I have.

      @@thecommodoreroom4554 Since I don't see an email address, even though I went to the desktop TH-cam site, here you go:
      1) A 4032 PET
      2) A bread bin C64
      3) maybe a VIC-20

    150$ for that drive....They've always been this expensive. So not too bad.

    Why do you need several copies of a rare book? Leave them for someone else.

    • @thecommodoreroom4554
      @thecommodoreroom4554  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t. I keep the copy in the best condition and the others make there way back the next meet up.
