@@Plottingstories I profoundly disagree with you. It's not a typical horror movie with jump scares though they do occur. It's a crime based horror which focuses on the narrative/suspense and unique camera design leading up to the final act. Hereditary was overrated. 2 and a half hours almost where the build up to the end was boring and lacked suspense/atmosphere. Toni Colette was brilliant though

I read the short story years ago. Pretty good stuff. That scene in Get Out (2017) when the protagonist, as a kid, is in his room and his mom dies (i don't remember very well but those who've seen it know what i'm talking about) reminded me a lot of this story. If they make it with that atmosphere, it could be a great adaptation
