the reason that people should probably known is theres a thing called deadzone or circularity error every each of gamepad, so for anyone wonder this might be impossible for you, u need to check the deadzone or circularity error of your gamepad. im experienced both cheap and semi compact gamepad and most of storm tech is important to have less error and better accuracy on your gamepad
You should do pts tenten guide very underrated if u ask me like if u use her as a support she stuns u and then like naruto with a rasengan or something or sasuke with chidori anything that gets up close is very useful imo.

The main purpose of hollow stepping is to use them for characters that need them for infinite combos, such as: Minato, Edo Hashirama, Reanimation Release Madara, Kushina, Iruka, PTS Hinata, Itachi (neutral combo), Danzo... it's a way to get max damage combos without using resources

YOOOOOOO is hollow stepping maybe harder on pc due to a difference in the controllers dead zone ? cz holy fk i cant believ yall doing this so consistently like its nothing and im out here strugglin, life cant be that unfair
