The New Forest is a breathtakingly beautiful place that offers a unique experience to anyone who visits it. One of the best ways to fully appreciate the natural beauty of this area is by taking a walk through its winding paths and trails.
As you start walking through the New Forest, you'll immediately notice the stunning natural scenery that surrounds you. The forest is home to a wide variety of trees, including oak, beech, and birch, which create a beautiful canopy overhead. The forest floor is also covered in a thick layer of moss and ferns, giving the area a lush, green feel.
The New Forest is also home to a diverse range of wildlife. You might spot deer, ponies, rabbits, and even the elusive New Forest adder as you walk along the trails. The birdsong in the forest is also a delight to listen to, and you may hear the call of a woodpecker or the haunting hoot of an owl.

FANTASTIC! I live in an area where it is not safe to walk for exercise or any other reason for that matter. I go to a Senior Citizens Center Mon-Fri. They have a tiny gym there, which includes treadmills. The gym is windowless and uninspiring. With the aid of this video and EDITH, I can have some nature and be inspired to walk. AUTUM is my fav time of year. I thank you and my high blood pressure thank you. 🌹

What a treat to get out of my little home gym. The same old walls get really boring! I love the music’s change in rhythm! Edith and you got me walking 3.5 mph on a 2.5 incline . That may not sound like a big deal but I’m part human, part oompah loompah! In other words I’m 5’ short! You guys got me walking faster than I have so far and I’m coming up on a year. You rock!

I'm using this as I pace on my husband's hospital room my leg ent to sleep sitting in a chair so I decided to move around for a while.

@@TheCountryTraveller felt better all the time after that I have a bone spur near my sciatic nerve maybe that's why my leg goes to sleep in some chairs. Husband is home recovering from surgery but still will need some chemo or something seeing dr this week and next.

I was walking close to 5 miles a day then one week ago today, I was in a head on car accident.
No walking for a while.
This is a much prettier walk than I’m used to! Thank you for bringing some beauty into my living room.

Pity that you ruined it with music.
Hello tparbs. Yes, music is very devisive, some like it and some don't. That's why I add music to some of my walks and leave other walks without music, to pick up the ambient sounds. I particularly leave out the music in the Spring, when the birds are singing. Thanks for watching and best wishes, Rob
