Wow, you ate a lot ! Was that just during 2 days and 1 night ? Most of the food looks delicious. The "fusion food" at Bistro Neboke looked really interesting - a mix of japanese and spanish (ajillo means "cooked in garlic" in spanish). And the sushi at Oosushi looked amazing. For some other dishes (especially the ramen dish at the end of this video), there was way too much butter in it for my taste.
I look forward to see and enjoy this video, as we will be spending two nights in a Ryokan there in March.
That’s great!

Ramen and some snacks were other day. Miso and butter was originated in Hokkaido, and most Japanese love them. Might be too rich, but great in winter.
