With the replay glitch you can buy all vechicles in GTA online in about 5 days. I love it, im so happy i bought kostaka and now tryhards cant own me with their expensive shit for shark cards because i have everything myself

Nightclub is S tier all day! It runs itself because there are no resupply missions/buying supplies so production never stops and always sells with one vehicle. It allows you to get a terorbyte and then upgrade your mrk2.

Yeah, and you can just AFK. My daily routine is play Cayo Perico once, go into Nightclub security camera, turn off my TV and AFK all night, turn on TV next day, sell Nightclub, play Cayo Perico once, and repeat... and there I make 2.5 mil for playing like 1 hour a day, which is 70M if I play 1 hour every day for a month.

Nightclubs are pretty OP once you purchase a bunch of other businesses to produce in them

I only have like three other things that my nightclub can be used for but jesus christ it definitely is super helpful even with only three businesses because I have about 200k worth in it and that's not even at full capacity

Edit (back in the 360 days my friends were dumping in billions to Xbox servers, a few got banned for that but it has definitely not even been ironed out since those days so the little 50k glitch is off their radar I’m sure)

I can generally finish Cayo Perico's heist mission on hard in about 12 minutes if I get the painting spawns in the office, and I don't even risk alerting guards at the main dock; I just SCUBA dive and swim West (in first person to move faster) until the mission clears. If I manage to get the boat, I can clear it in about 10 minutes.
I highly recommend the Marksman loadout, as the ammo works great for eliminating armored guards compared to the new rifle using standard ammo. Sometimes you miss the headshot, and being able to drop them fast center mass makes a big difference. That said, if you're willing to take an extra 5 minutes, you can disrupt enemy armor before the heist, and run the saboteur loadout which gives you a Mk II SMG with hollowpoint rounds, and that sucker drops guards FAST.
Also, there's a way better route to take from the drainage pipe. When you emerge from the maintenance room, they face you the wrong way. Turn 180 degrees, and hug the rail along the cliff. Take out the two guards in the corner. Climb the bit of wall just around the corner, and use it to get on the roof. Head towards the main house, drop down on another narrow bit of wall, hop the railing, dome the guy near the stairs, go around the corner and dome the guy o the same level. Backtrack to the previous guy and go upstairs. Dome the guy who comes around the corner. I find if you immediately go up stairs, the guy on the floor below often hears the kill.
If you did it right, you only have to kill 5 guys to get to the office, and never have to shoot a single camera.
Yeah I have a better route I think. The patrol routes leave a little gap on the direct way to the Office. You can just run there, wait 2 seconds for the guards at the stairs to change direction (no need to risk killing anyone) and just kill the one guard on the stairs to the office. Doing this and running down the main docs was always around 10 Minutes and 20 Seconds for me. And if I'm lucky, I'll find Coke at the docs.

I can’t stress enough to anyone watching this. BUY A KOSATKA. I promise it will make literally everything else easier. I can complete all heist prep in around 45-50 minutes and then on average it takes me 10:30 to complete the finale. You can complete the finally in 8:30 with elite challenge I did it for the first time last night. Hope this helps 🤘

My 1st purchase after grinding all the Apartment heists was the yacht and I have never looked back.
The most relaxing way in starting up the game spawning in the yacht. Water views and peaceful sounds, chilling out in the spa bath before taking of to the mainland to be attacked by fellow gamers riding their broomsticks.
At least there was some "me time".

bro no the most peaceful and beautiful way to start playing gta online is to spawn in your kosatka then going upstairs and seeing the great face of pavel and hearing the water dripping in the kosatka and also knowing you can buy anything you want with this bad boy including a yacht that's the best way to start your day in gta online :-)
Cayo/Kosatka is definitely the best in the game. I went from struggling to get a mil to having made over 30 million in about a month (I don’t play the game as often). It does kinda suck the fun out of the game a little but being able to buy cool vehicles and helping lower ranks is awesome

I need some help grinding some money on playstation
For a guy that only plays a couple hours a week anymore, I have to concentrate my time the most efficient manner I can. I currently have 2 mil, and had to decide what to do with it. This video made me feel comfortable doing the Arcade and the sub, and reminded me about the vehicle customization and my bunker. Very informative!!!

Bro do you still play gta online? I can help you, if you want 1.3million every 6 minutes, just buy Kosatka and do the cayo perico preps glitch and try new ways to speed run it.
@@dogeburger5775 Done right the Arcade is actually pretty good, only a bit worse than Kosatka. There is a pretty easy way to only do Gold or Artworks (Cash is really bad), then you just switch between Silent & Sneaky and Big Con (dont do agressive) and just do the mandatory preps + level 2 security passes, you can do the entire thing stealth quite easily so the extra preps are useless. Once you memorise the hacks you can get 7 out of 8 gold containers (all 8 with 2 good hackers and good RNG) or all 8 artworks with 2 players and no alert.
You will get $1.6-1.8 million per heist. With good mission RNG you can do all preps in an hour solo. Then you need 20 minutes to invite a friend/find a random with a mic and do the heist. That is still above 1$ million per hour which is still way better than anything other than Cayo Perico.

If you own a penthouse and you do safe code prep in cayo perico you can go straight to penthouses floor and not have to go in underground parking lot.

The Penthouse is an amazing property TBH, it doesn't gain you any money but it's by far the most premium feeling place, it has tons to do, it's an incredible place to just chill and party with your online friends AND IT HAS DECENT CUSTOMIZATION
Another good thing about the Perico heist is you can do all the setups in your own private lobby. No modder or griefer can bother you the whole way through the heist. The sub is the best for one player or 4 for that reason. Just you and your friends.

Challenge idea: pull up to players with high RP. Ask what they do for a living. And see what happens.
The penthouse was useful to get another 10 cars garage. Since, they added 2 more garages to store your vehicles making the penthouse less interesting. The Casino missions and the jobs are fun to do in my opinion. Good video TGG.

Yeah, we had 6 garages or Appartments, now you can have 2 more. Plus the new buildings that have a 10 car garages : Penthouse, Arcade, AutoShop,... Now the Agency. The Night-club was a big improvment with 3 garages. But some people still don't have enough room to store their cars.

Challenge idea: pick 15 random people in free roam with a bus, bring them to the airport, then put them in a miljet and make a flight to the sandy shores airport in one piece. This wont be easy but I know you can do it ;) All the 15 people and you must be inside the miljet at the same time at all times. The challenge ends when you land in the sandy shores airport. Nope. Takes hours to fully fill, solo deliveries can take up to 30 min and you may not deliver all. You should be paying for resupllies instead of stealing, so you lose profit... or time

The only reason I don’t mind the penthouse is because it saves you around 2 minutes a time on the Cayo setup with safe codes. I know that seems like nothing but it’s made my money back with how many times I’ve done the heist 👌🏿

Honestly I only buy the mc business to fill my nightclub. Only bought the bunker to have an moc and aa trailer. I mainly bought the vehicle cargo for the money at first but now only use it to store the special vehicles. I got the cheapest crate storage so I could do special vehicle missions to get them on offer. I bought the nightclub for money and as a main garage. The kosatka because it’s a damn sub and is a good anti try hard thing w the ICBM capability, and the heist is nice. Facility for the tank storage, and the heists were good when they came out.

I like how you mentioned that CEO crates are only worth selling when they are double money, which is correct however it is important to also remember that you can also get your crate warehouses raided just like all the other MC's, Bunker, and Nightclub. If ya'll want to avoid being raided in crates, make sure to have less than 77 crates in a large warehouse.
And also remember that you can buy 10 warehouses (5 for each character) and store a maximum of 770 crates. I sold for 52M of crates last week thanks to this little trick so clearly crates are S tier to me.
Or here’s the kicker, just don’t register as a CEO during that time. Can’t be raided if you aren’t registered.
On top of that Crate warehouse raids are super rare anyways out of all the types of business raids.

The crates strategy of filling 5 large warehouses is crazy. It takes a long time, but double money on crates with 5 full large warehouses brings 20m in one sale.

@@yernz6401 Just fill up 5 large warehouses (111 crates per warehouse) and DON'T SELL THE CRATES YET, but wait until rockstar decides to double the money you make with a crate sale. 2x money on crates and you'll easily make 20 mil+ like the other guy said. Rockstar does 2x crate events a few times a year. Almost with every new update and with special days like christmas or halloween yk. If I'm not mistaking crates are double money right now, but that won't last long, because they have been double money for a week now.

The casino penthouse saves you a step in getting the safe code for Cayo Purico. It's not amazing, but it's something.

I agree with everything apart from Vehicle cargo, the money may be decent, but the grief the missions give you, and the fact any damage the cars suffer is expensive, annoying and inevitable as either NPC's chase after you/shoot up the car, or if you're a boomer or risk taker, you choose to do this in a full griefer lobby, I only ever do those missions if it's one of the daily objectives, and my character is hovering around the $200 mil mark, so yeah, I'd have put that one in C.

the penthouse does have 1 redeeming quality which is the limo service, setting the penthouse as your spawnpoint and then teleporting to specfic points in the map can be very useful, especially if you're tired of flying across the map 100 times a day
The only thing useful is the god mode glitch with the penthouse. And if you buy it for that than you’re just a scumbag

Totally agree with this list. My biggest regret tho is buying the penthouse for sure… I could’ve used that money for something else
Challenge idea: “The legendary Faggio race” (free mode race)do Faggio race with 8-10 randoms or friends or both and start from Elysian island bridge to the top of mount chillid also everyone has to stay in tgg’s route and they are only allow to use melee weapons except stone hatch. The winner will be announce as a legendary Faggio racer in gta5 online history and get free great white sharkcard (only if it possible for tgg) plz do this it will be so entertaining
That sounds pretty good
So, to me:
- S tier: Kosatka (no discussion), Crates (because you can store crates not only in 5 warehouses but in 10 - you have two characters, use them both for grinding - and also you can have as many warehouses as you want without paying any fees) and CEO office.
- A tier: nightclub (for the business but also for the delivery vehicles that can be quite useful once you upgraded them - for example I use the Speedo custom during the weapon sell missions when you have to fight Merryweather), bunker (the business is not very solo friendly but the bunker gives you the ability to upgrade your weapons so it's quite mandatory anyway).
B tier: hangar (clearly not for the business, but for the ability to store your air vehicles and also to be able to fly over or go through Fort Zancudo), vehicle cargo (business limited by the cooldown), all the MC businesses (again, you can store product for double money weeks for your two characters, and these businesses are also useful for the nightclub - I won't detail why, but owning all of them makes the nightclub more profitable because of special deliveries and more complete full deliveries) and the arcade (the Casino heist is doable only with friends, not with randoms, so the only role of the arcade is to be able to manage your MC businesses, which is useful only during double money week)
C tier: all the others you mentioned, because you can store personal vehicless inside them, and in the following order: penthouse (because you can use for fast travel thanks to VIP services and also because you save time everytime you do the prep mission for the code of El Rubio's safe), apartments (some of them can be use for farming rare vehicles and sell them every 48 minutes, you can use them also for fast travel with Lester's heists), Arena (because you have more options for customising your vehicles, and having 30 places of garages is very nice) and facility (because you can store an Avenger in it).
Trash tier: the Yacht (it is not completely useless, because you can fast travel with it, spawn there and use helicopters and boats from there but now you can also do that with the Kosatka so the Yacht became a pure flex property).

Cayo changed my gta lifestyle lol I got the kosatka about 2 weeks ago and I’ve gotten the jet and b11 then I realized I need more money so I ran cayo about another 7 times, maxed out my bunker nightclub, bought coke lab, maxed it out, and already had counterfeit cash and maxed that out as well. By the time I do the cayo setups and heist I get my 1.5 mil then I sell all my products. MC sell missions are hard and u need at least one other person. Nightclub sell missions… super easy. When I first got the kosatka I didn’t have the sparrow. After the first time I completed the heist I bought the sparrow. HUGE difference in time. I would have to exit kosatka, request dinghy, go to shore, run to the road, then request my oppressor. I’ve probably made a little more than 14 mil in a week and half from cayo. I’ve gone from level 80 to 126 and the cayo heist makes the game so much more fun because you can quickly and easily buy whatever vehicles you want to have fun with your friends.
Don’t even bother with the penthouse. GTA trolls you and says “buy the penthouse for the diamond casino heist” I bought the penthouse and now it said “buy the arcade for the diamond casino heist” that’s a total of around 3.4 mil with the arcade and penthouse combined and the diamond casino heist is a lot harder than the cayo heist lol

To be honest, I think that some of the passive businesses should be moved up. Given that Cayo Perico is the new active moneymaking meta, it makes spending time doing stuff like crates and vehicle cargo less profitable than it could be.
The pro with all of the passive businesses is that they continue to make you money whilst you grind Cayo Perico - as long as businesses like the Bunker generate profit, then they're not going to be made redundant in the same way active businesses tend to be.

Does anything you do in your actual business locations (Upgrades/selling stock) affect the Nightclub warehouse production? Or are they separate when it comes to all that and you should just grind both?
TGG, if you fill your warehouses there is more probability of beign attacked when you create a SecuroServ, but if you fill em to the 80% random attacks never trigger, you can fill that 20% easily when is x2 and sell
The casino penthouse when you finish the missions also allows you to start the casino heist prep security intel and then you can see all cameras which is very useful
It isn't very good if you have memorised all of the locations of cameras in the casino, especially if you're a person who's done the heist tens of times
