But my crew members Are like sometimes , hmmmmm , lets fuck things up for the team and the alarm goes on . And after i say to restart they are like nah we aint doing the whole thing again and they just quit.

If I'm being honest I like the cosmetic upgrades for businesses, I like the personalisation, especially because some of the stock businesses can look bland and kind of boring
they do, but as a new player you take what you can get, i just buy the cosmetic stuff after the business made enough money.

The best tank in GTA.....was Vice City. You turned the turret around backwards and spammed fired the tank cannon and you'd fly through the air using the tank cannon to propel you through the air.....best "flying" vehicle in GTA Vice City 😂. Such good memories on the PS2

The lower houses can be bought as spawn points. Especially when you play in invite only sessions, its soooo simple to just select a new spawn point... and then launch a new invite only session. You'll teleport to the house. And those are super cheap too. You can have up to 6 houses if I'm not mistaken. So you get one high end that you like... and 5 cheap spawn points. I haven't tried but obviously, I'm pretty sure it doesn't work during missions.
@@MattCantSpeakIt You can also only use the garage as a spawn point, so medium or low apartments are completely worthless. With these you can finally change clothes or get something to drink. The only apartments worth it are the high apartments where you can do heists. So just buy the garage, then it still counts as a spawn point.
Honestly if you're new in GTA I would recommend the nightclub because the passive 250k would help you get other businesses

I would just do double or triple money on game modes then just grind out till u have enough to buy submarine then to access cayo heist

I really like to customize my businesses and I go for the cosmetic upgrades (with the weekly discount), and even if I know those are really useless in terms of practicality or efficiency, in the end I just wanna have fun with the game, so I dont regret any purchase♥
I think the Luxor deluxe dropping was the first sign of where rockstar was going as of recent
I remember being younger, watching Gta online videos, wanting to play it SOOOO badly. And the thing that my 11 year old self thought was the coolest thing in the game was that you could buy a yacht. Ever since then, I wanted it. I bought the maxed out yacht a little while ago, and I don't regret it. I fulfilled the prophecy

Way way back I bought a low end house that was basically inbetween the bunker and the facility in the northwest corner. Bunker and facility were not a thing yet, I think heists had just been added. I liked it though because that part of the map was just empty 99% of the time. It was also close to a helipad which was nice. I could spawn in away from everyone and make up a plan on what I wanted to do. Usually just blow people up with my hydra or heli because there wasn't anything else to do then if you were solo.

8:30 I mostly agree with this however a paleto bay house is very convenient if you're grinding bunker stuff or doomsday heist (assuming you bought the cheapest facility and bunker like I did) since you can set your spawnpoint there and not have to go all the way up to paleto bay.

I feel like the shark cards was a good thing to put on the list. Making the money is part of the fun of GTA. Buying one just takes away from that. Yet again I have bought a shark card. But The only time I have bought one is when I just had a little money left on a gift card and had no other way to spend it.
One useful thing I see about the low or mid range apartments is if you don't have much money, then it is a good place to store cars if you can't afford anywhere else to get them

I used one to blow up a lobby spammer (those people that join and spam discord ips or whatever). Cost me 750K, gave me a good laugh. Especially since I blew him up, he typed "wtf dude?", then left the lobby XD.

My yacht is still my favorite “apartment” and I always spawn there. I love the auto defenses and the readily available chopper and boats. Definitely not cost effective, but I still don’t regret buying it.

As a car guy who grinds only to buy some nice cars and properties, I think it's nice to have more than 1 sports/super car (depending on ur preferance)

I love those medium to low end houses cause it feels real at that point for most of us. I love that aspect of the game. Driving a regular car have a regular apartment and go work at the arcade lmao so much fun to get immersed in the game
i love it when I go in my CEO office and it's got piles of cash lying around everywhere, and, gold bars, champagne, cigars, tv sets, paintings, drugs, boxes of guns and other weapons, etc. etc. I used to think it looked a mess but now I know I've achieved something in the game.

I used to have an account on xbox and I switched to ps5 and made a new gta account and rockstar now gives a choice of 4 things, you can be a ceo, nightclub owner, guns runner and something else, then they give you 4,000,000 starting money and list of guns, apartments, cars etc to get you started and you can't start the game until you've spent areas 3m out of the 4m starting money.
i just got the document forgery office solely for the nightclub orders, never gonna restock it lol
when this game first came out with 5k when died, before hesits etc. having an apartment was a flex lol

My biggest purchase was the Ruiner 2000. Been a fan of K.I.T.T. since I was a kid. Don’t regret it! Plus, I collect Ruiners and Rebels off the street. Love the 80s vehicles.

I was hoping the new yacht missions would finally be worth visiting the yacht I hadn't used in years, but unfortunately it wasn't worth it. Not even any cutscenes after completing.
My friends and me had Yachts since at least 2017. Considering that we sometimes just cruise from Yacht to Yacht to do Pirat Defense... it makes over 100k per hour if you have at least 4 people with Yachts. Imagine doing these when CEO stuff gives double payout.

One thing I use the yacht for is when I'm grinding Cayo heists, I'll park it in the beach area and put my Kosatka by it so the air defenses scare off Oppressors

The penthouse office upgrade gives you a safe and a gunsafe, so if you don't have a gunsafe it's worth it.
Orbital canon has a good use! It refunds you the money if you miss the auto shot (i.e. the target does not die), which happens any time you shoot a cheater in god mode. So you can grief them back by destroying any vehicle they try to get in for free.
It's literally cheaper to buy the apartment across the street from Maze Bank West than it is to install living quarters. The apartment also gives you access to the heists.
I have a pretty good counter-argument to the "useless properties."
As a new player, and a grinder, those properties can be super valuable when you have them located near businesses. It's not about the "use" that the property has for heists - it's valuable as a spawn point (I always change my spawn point to the nearest business I'm going to deliver for next), and it's also valuable as a hide out from griefers.
Since the latest update allows for 8 properties, you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be buying four more low end spots, strategically located, before the week is up.
And, for the money, those properties under 100k pay for themselves after just a few griefer dodges or 10 minutes of driving saved. My 2 car garage next to my Counterfeit money factory is worth ten times what I paid for it.

I was saying the same thing watching. I bought the $150k 6 car garage up in paleto bay so I can spawn there & go afk on my TV. It's right smack in the middle of my Bunker, facility, & arcade. Has a ammunation, customs shop, and convinient store.

I have the casino penthouse on my second account with the garage full of gta lambos, a dedicated muscle car garage, a mc club just for the cool motorcycle storage, also full and more lol. Gotta love meh cars
for a player who’s played the game ever since, i can agree with everything TGG said. however, i do none of it. im just so bored most of the time, and idk what to spend my money on, and that i end up buying the things on this list. I’ve come to a point where my high end apartments/bldgs no longer provide that feeling of success if you will, and that i end up just setting my “Last Location” to my low end apartments because of its simplicity.
To be fair tho sometimes the cheap houses are a good spawn if you want to spawn at say near your arcade without having to spend a good bit more for a spawn point inside the arcade

I love my crappy apartment in the game. Yes it doesn't do anything but it saved me multiple times from crazy players, plus it matches the dirty underhanded work that my guy is always doing.

I have bought Shark cards, primarily when I first started playjng again, mostly because I work irl grinding for 10-14 hours a day, and the last thing I want to do is grind more for a video game that is supposed tk be helping me forget the grind. Now that I have the things I *need* to be successful, I don't mind grinding for the things I *want* (like a yacht).
Well I got the Superyacht, and I love it! I know I can't gain any money with it, but makes my life way too easily, because I'm the kind of player who likes to make Cayo Perico Heist everyday, so I go outside of my Superyacht, spawn my Kosatka, and start, and buy it half price.
I got almost all Supercars in my Maze Bank West Garage, but with the Cayo Perico Heist isnt problem. And got to say than starting Grand Theft Auto Online I bought some Shark Cards (specially for buying a property, which was Del Perro Heights 20 apartment, weapons, some clothes, and a pair of vehicles to move) but now that's not necessary
me and my friend were doing heists for like a week saving up money to upgrade our businesses and stuff and he bought a YACHT I've never been so disappointed
And last week was the yacht at half the price 😂 😂

8:30 While I mostly agree with the fact that lower end apartments and houses are trash, they do serve one big purpose in almost every lobby. They create a safe place for you to run to if you are being attacked or if you just want to sit for a second and relax while you irl get something to eat or anything like that. Having the ability to drive into a garage and "hide" for a few minutes no matter what part of the map you're on is the only real benefit of lower end properties imho.
Plus alot of new players won't afford those high end oned
@@RealDexterMidnight Obviously the high end apartments cost more but I do think they should be one of the first things you purchase. The heists, while annoying, are useful all the same. Plus, newer players won't have the casino heist or the island heist for awhile, so they'll have to make do with what they can get on the rest.

@@maxmustermannderaufrichtige It takes time to go passive and it locks you out of doing many things. Not to mention, many new players don't know how to go passive but buying apartments is explained right away.
Anyone else using this as a guide to help you decide what you SHOULD buy because you have too much money from cayo? Also I kind of disagree with super yachts being on this list, because like you said the vast majority of people who buy the yacht buy it knowing that it’s nothing more than a stupidly expensive flex, there are very few people out there who have bought the yacht not knowing that it was completely useless
I bought the Yacht in the past (the middle and high end one). The only good thing is: they come with a heli included. And some weapons. But the lowest one doesn't even come with a heli...
On my new character I won't buy it, unless there is a sale.

I am a new player in GTA online and I bought the premium pack (cost me about 10 dollars, which was cheaper than the non-premium)...
I did some grinding and bought Kosatka. And from this point I don't ever need to buy any shark cards, because I can just earn a million in an hour. So if I want something new, I just do cayo perico.
I buy low end houses with garages in all parts of the map because of the orbital cannon. Having a place to duck in from a griefer is handy.
Own 1 high end for heists, but even my businesses are strategically placed. There's literally no part of the map I don't own something.

The orbital canon is an anti-godmonde griefers tool. As soon as you doing kill anyone else by accident, you get free automatic shots everytime ecause you "miss" everytime
