I’m a diehard fan of “The Chosen”, and flipped out when I saw your picture scroll by as Dallas Jenkins talked about the Christmas extravaganza.
I am with you I am on my 8 or ninth time watching all the episodes of The Chosen. I cry I laugh I come away loving Jesus more and share it with everyone who will listen. I am also huge fan of Matt Maher's worship music.
Wow Matt and team! Thank you so much for your ministry!!! I was blown away by your concert and Adoration in Bryan, Texas last month - 4th time to see you in concert and IT WAS THE BEST!!! In fact, it will always be my very favorite concert EVER - and that includes the Eagles, James Taylor, & dozens of others since the 70’s. (Yeah, I’m old). It was so incredible to come together in praise for the first time since the pandemic!!! I was so thankful for the powerful prayer experience your music evoked. And it was worth me getting sick for 2 weeks after (tested neg for Covid twice). I took my mask off as I was on the front row. And I sang in the choir for the closing Mass. So many people got Covid from that weekend event, including a family of 8 - they were not vaccinated and the father ended up in the hospital for a week! I truly appreciated your statement about being safe and vaxing to help our medical and first responders, and our children. I wish people would listen to reason. I, also, was afraid to get vaxed. They rolled the vaccine out so fast! But it’s the non-vaxed who are getting sick and dying by ~9 out of 10. God help us all!! God save our children! And until then, we know God’s already won the victory, and despite this insanity and misery and horror, we can still stand up and make a joyful noise!!! Thank you, Holy Spirit, for filling Matt with your songs!
