Shinigamis are all dead: once a person dies in Bleach, they go to Sould Society and to the Rukongai. But when they are here, they can choose to become a Shinigami or not. So basically, except for Ichigo and his friends and family, all the Bleach characters are either dead or enemies (like the arrancars, the Bount etc) And 'nobodiy dies' because the characters are often severely wounded, but they don't die.
i know Lelouch wont be in the new anime but there is an R3 coming out as well and I've seen pics of it and the dude with the long hair looks a lot like Lelouch...soooo i don't know?
