This video gives you an opportunity to see what PRH Princessa is like.
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the gold all inclusive was one of the better ones I've had as it gives you a good option of premium drinks.
Our room was nice and clean, but the biggest disappointment was the shower as the water pressure was very low and you could never get a consistent temperature.

How much did the upgrade to gold cost you?

It was part of our package so had no option to downgrade it so unsure of the cost.

For 2 adults and a small kid the upgrade from all inclusive to gold was about £120 for a week - considering this gives you free drinks at the bar and bar snacks too - we'll worth it.
