Thanks for the video. This machine looks amazing! I’d really like to know if this has any part of it that passes hot water through plastic tubing ie hot water and plastic is something I’m really trying to avoid with an espresso machine. Thanks a lot
@@RobJL01 Yes, every espresso machine that I know of that has a steam wand has plastic tubing on the inside of the steam wand. We do not recommend removing it, however you can do as you wish.
Thanks a lot for your replies! Shame it’s not possible to have an internal steel tubing to the steam wand with exterior steel (similar to the many insulated drink flasks that are available today). That would be a sweet little feature! Thanks again 🙏🏼
@@RobJL01if I were to hazard a guess, I'd imagine the reason for plastic as the insulator is that a metal insulation would not be possible to manufacture given the way that the steam wand is bent (at least using traditional manufacturing techniques). Even if you could 3D print an all metal insulated steam wand, the inlet tube for the wand needs to be able to flex to allow it to articulate. Unsure how that articulation worked prior to the use of plastics (perhaps the wands were just fixed in place).
Elon Musk is about to send people to Mars, and implement a chip to a human brain... And here people calling a heater element that been invented decades ago innovation😂😂😂
I can't wait for mine to arrive - thanks

Ps does the insulated steam wand have plastic inside that the steam passes through? Thanks again
Inside of the machine, no. Hot water only goes through copper tubes and relays.

He’s never sending people to Mars. The rockets are impressive though.
